Terms and Limitations

By filling out the Registration Form:

1. You may be contacted by The Tulsa Wedding Show and The Tulsa Wedding Show's vendors with offers for goods and services, as well as solicitations for opinions or information, using various communication methods.

Limitations:

1. By registering you are not assured one of The Tulsa Wedding Show's prize packages. You will receive a ticket at The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center on the day of the bridal show. Only by presenting your ticket immediately after the matching number has been called will you receive a voucher or collection of vouchers that will entitle you to exchange the voucher or vouchers for the noted goods or services.
2. If you do not present your ticket immediately after your matching number has been called, the prize may be made available to others.
3. You must be present to win any prize at The Tulsa Wedding Show.
4. Prize exchange and delivery is not guaranteed by The Tulsa Wedding Show. The Show cannot be held liable for exhibitors that go out of business or choose not to redeem their prize vouchers.
5. Registration does not guarantee your entry into the show. You must purchase the ticket to (a) complete registration and (b) have access to the show.
6. Only one prize package may be awarded to members of one bridal party.
7. Prizes are available as a goodwill gesture by exhibitors and may be rescinded by an exhibitor at their discretion.
