Wow, I was reading the Scene section of the paper yesterday and I was so proud of the Show exhibitors. It was a section on Prom trends and, as I was reading it, I loved seeing quotes from Jennifer Thompson of Facchiano’s Bridal, and a photo of Ron Wales of Beshara’s Formalwear. Then I read an article about Adam Richman of the Man v. Food show on the Travel Channel and saw that they had visited Ann’s Bakery. Our exhibitors are the best and it seems everyone knows it!

I noticed in the paper last week that Lulu’s Cafe and Bake Shoppe, in the Plaza at 81st and Lewis, has a reading hour for the kids on Friday nights with milk and cookies. Sounds like fun! Preeti, can you use a guest reader? I would love to do it sometime.
This may be old news to you but I just found out yesterday that Paper Chase in Utica Square has closed. I was very sorry to hear the news – they really set a standard of excellence in town and will be missed.
But we have several wonderful invitation and paper goods stores in The Tulsa Wedding Show that can absolutely serve any of your needs. Try Paper Girl, The Inviting Place, Modern Invitation Design, Joan’s Print Shop, Ta Designs or Greeener Me. They are all wonderful to work with!
Al’s Formalwear has a great deal on Groupon today and it’s good for a year. $25 off a $50 rental.
Our own Jennifer Jones of Icing on the Top was apparently rubbing elbows with the likes of Emeril Lagasse and Rachel Ray a couple of weeks ago in Miami. She was invited to help design and create a cake for Godiva Chocolate at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Congrats Jennifer, we’re so proud of you!
