Please RSVP by contacting us so that we know how many of us to prepare for.
The cost is $15 per person. $5 for each extra representative of a single business. If you bring someone with you who has never attended it is $10 each.
We had a great time at Michael V's Restaurant and had a big crowd. It is always an interesting group and there are lots of new, exciting wedding professionals being added to the list. So come with your brochures, portfolios and business cards in hand, ready to have fun and meet new, talented people.
We always have some great door prizes and it really makes getting together more fun. If you have something you would like to contribute please let me know. If you have something you would like to demonstrate or would like to do the decor to show off your talents let me know that as well.
We want to get to know each other and what we can do so we can refer each other to the brides!

Remember, the Tulsa Wedding Merchants Group is open to anyone in the wedding business so if you have heard of someone who said they haven't gotten notification of the meetings or used to and don't now, please encourage them to r.s.v.p. and come on! The cost to attend is $15 per person unless you bring someone who has never come before and then it is $10 apiece. And if you have more than one representative from a single business, it is $15 for the first person and $5 per person after that.
Everyone is invited to bring a door prize. We all love to win something and it's a great way to let people know what you do. Please let me know you are bringing something when you r.s.v.p.

The Tulsa Wedding Show creates a professional look for all our bridal
shows. We include everything our wedding vendors need to insure that
the look is high quality. We do not allow vendors to share booth space
because it detracts from the professionalism and overall look of the
show. We limit the number of vendors in each category,and we do our best
to separate similar vendors into different areas of the showroom. We
give our brides the best choices while providing our vendors the best
sales potential.

The Tulsa Wedding Show will give you the best sales data. Our lead
lists (brides) include more than just the bare essentials. We provide
a detailed spreadsheet that includes wedding dates, phone numbers, email
addresses and physical address.

The Tulsa Wedding Show only wants quality vendors that engage in
reputable business practices. The Tulsa Wedding Show and the vendors
that participate in our bridal shows want to be associated only with
companies that have demonstrated their integrity and stand by their products
and services.

The Tulsa Wedding Show puts on well-organized bridal shows and we
do the best to make sure things happen on time and in the order our attendees
are expecting them.

We will always be around to check on our vendors to make sure that they have everything they need. Chances are you’ll see a familiar face (or at least hear a familiar voice). We always make sure our standards are met.

We are very willing to help advertise you to the fullest. For example, many of our florists like to provide flowers for the fashion show or demonstration area and we like to use our vendor’s specialties to enhance the show. In return we make sure that everyone knows who provided those services. If you have ideas, just ask. We are flexible!!

We give you a lot of freedom with your booth. If it doesn’t detract from a Sponsor, Vendor or Bride just let us know and more than likely you are welcome to do it.
